1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoiceFlow Journal (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

VoiceFlow Journal is a voice journaling application that allows users to record voice entries, transcribe them to text using on-device speech recognition, and analyze mood patterns using on-device AI processing.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3.2 Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscription prices are subject to change with notice

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App to store or transmit harmful or illegal content
• Maintain the security of your device and account

5. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key Points:

• All voice transcription and AI analysis occurs on your device
• Your journal entries are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud
• We do not have access to your journal content

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by VoiceFlow Journal and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Speech recognition or AI analysis will be completely accurate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceFlow Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Health Disclaimer

VoiceFlow Journal is not a medical device or mental health service. The mood tracking and insights provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
