How do I use VoiceFlow Journal?
- Tap the microphone button to start recording
- Speak your thoughts naturally
- Tap stop when finished
- Your entry will be transcribed and analyzed automatically
- View your mood insights and journal history anytime
Is my data private?
Yes! All voice processing and AI analysis happens entirely on your device. We never upload your voice recordings or journal entries to any server. Your privacy is our top priority.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap “Subscriptions”
- Select “VoiceFlow Journal”
- Tap “Cancel Subscription”
You can also manage subscriptions directly from the App Store app.

The free version includes:

How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you subscribe, you get 7 days completely free. You won’t be charged until after the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
I’m having technical issues
Common solutions:
- Microphone not working: Check Settings > Privacy > Microphone and ensure VoiceFlow Journal has permission
- Speech recognition issues: Check Settings > Privacy > Speech Recognition
- App crashes: Try restarting your device and updating to the latest iOS version

How do I restore my purchase?
- Open VoiceFlow Journal
- Go to Settings or the subscription screen
- Tap “Restore Purchases”
Your subscription will be restored if it was purchased with the same Apple ID.
Can I export my journal entries?
Yes! Premium subscribers can export their journal entries. This feature is coming soon.
What devices are supported?
VoiceFlow Journal requires:
- iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later
- Microphone access for voice recording
